* Once order is made and confirmed, payment in full must be made to me before the 30th of September 2011. All orders that is not paid in full before the 30th September will be cancelled and will be Black Listed.
* Estimated time for these fabrics to arrive to me and then to you will take about 2 to 3 weeks (sometimes more during festive seasons). If you cannot wait, please do not bother ordering.
* No BACK-OUT BUYERS. Back Out Buyers will be blacklisted for any type of purchase in the future.
* If any of the fabrics selected here have been discontinued or is not available, your money will be refunded to you for the said fabrics. If you have ordered and paid for fabrics that comes with Free Shipping Conditions, it will still be eligible for free shipping even if one of these fabrics are not in stock.
